Refunds & Cancellations

Subscriptions are currently sold only through our iOS app as Apple In-App Purchases, so Apple handles cancellations and refunds. There is no web checkout and no web subscription to cancel.

iOS App Subscriptions (Apple In-App Purchase)

If you subscribed inside the Deep Lane iOS app, Apple is your seller of record. Cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Deep Lane (or in the App Store app under your account). We can't cancel an Apple subscription for you, and we can't issue refunds for it.

Refunds for App Store purchases are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and are granted at Apple's discretion under Apple's Media Services Terms. If Apple declines and you believe something went wrong on our side, email hello@deeplane.app and we'll help where we can.

If Something Goes Wrong

If you believe you were charged in error and Apple declines to help, email hello@deeplane.app with your account email and the charge date. We can't reverse an Apple charge ourselves, but we will help you make the case to Apple and will remove access issues on our side.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Canceling stops future renewals only. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your access to Plus/Pro features ends automatically. There is no proration or refund for the unused portion of a current period.

Deleting Your Account Does Not Cancel Billing

Deleting your account (see Delete Account) removes your data but does not automatically cancel an active subscription — Apple subscriptions in particular keep renewing until you cancel them in iOS Settings. Cancel first, then delete, to avoid being charged again.

Chargebacks

Apple handles every Deep Lane charge, so go through Apple rather than your card issuer. If something looks wrong, email hello@deeplane.app and we'll help you find the right route.
